Jason F. Lamoureux

A Florida native, Jason F. Lamoureux obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1996, and was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. Upon graduation from law school he began working for one of the largest Property and Casualty insurance companies in the United States litigating Personal Injury and First Party Insurance cases. In 2001 he left the insurance company industry and began representing those injured and killed in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury matters as well as representing individuals, physicians and diagnostic facilities against insurance companies for their failure to pay valid insurance claims.

He has testified numerous times before the Florida Legislature regarding insurance related bills and has given several lectures to attorneys and health care providers regarding Florida’s No-Fault law and its impact on consumers and providers in the State of Florida.

He is the managing partner of the firm Holland & Lamoureux, P.A. He is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Middle District of Florida. He is Past President of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. He is an Eagle member of The Florida Justice Association, and served on its Executive Committee (2019-2021). Furthermore, he served on the Board of Directors for The Florida Justice Association (2014-2021) and is past Chair of the Property Insurance Committee and the Auto Insurance Committee.
